Settling pond outflow

The fence is being installed today. The posts for tank 1 and 2 are installed.

 
 

The pH coming out of the overflow tested near 7.0 (up from 4.0).

 


The System was shut down to upgrade the overflow channels and to repair some minor leaks in the clean out pipes. The third tank will be tested early next week. 

The tank overflows were being tested. The siphons will not be tested until later next week.

 
 

Tank 1 filled as planned (fill time per tank meets the expected 2 hour prediction)

 
 

The Agridrains functioned as expected and successfully controlled the water level of the tanks.

We started to test the lines of the system. The valve for the distribution box was closed and both tank 1 and 2 lines were opened.

 
 

The water level was up following the late November rain. The intake was functioning as designed.
